G is for...

G is for Gingko Blues - again with the blue and green!

G is for Georgia - what a gorgeous girl! Here is a pic of my little neice in a rare serious mood, most of the time she has a big grin for the camera. The little knitted outfit she is wearing is one that mum actually made for Adam when he was a bub (15 years ago) - it never fitted him in the right season (and was a little bit girly too) so I passed it on in pristine never-worn condition. Doesn't she look cute?

The Alphabet of Me is great, and I may use it, too. I read all of them, and your family is just wonderful. If your niece goes in for elementary ed., she should see if Mem Fox is speaking or lecturing somewhere. Mem is fabulous! And she knows so much about being a teacher, as well as about literature and writing.

The Alphabet's a great idea, Nic...and I really just love that Gingko Quilt. When you don't want it anymore, will you send it to me? Please?
