What's on the Design Wall?

This is the FUN, FUN, FUN quilt top I made yesterday and today, from a workshop with Donna Ward. I got six blocks made in class, and the rest were done this afternoon. I just have to decide on a border (or not) and it's done (bar the quilting). You've gotta love a 20" block, don't you? Posted by Picasa

Love it. Can't wait to see the finished quilt.

Your patience in cutting it all out astonishes me.

You sewed all those by hand? I love the colors, it seems so happy!

Oh, is this what Donna is doing now? (I'm a Kiwi) I've been doing cutouts too, but little ones.

You should join the Dyers' Webring.

Hey Brenda, if I had patience I'd do needleturn applique!

Susan, sorry to shatter your illusions but they're all fused.

Donna does some gorgeous stuff, doesn't she? I'm not a dyer anymore (client quilts in the house make dyeing impractical) but thanks.

Great colours. Well done. Lucky you going to Donna's class. We had a display of her great work last year. Love it. Hugs Alison.
