this weekend, and have gotten heaps done. Jobs that have been hanging around, waiting their turn, with deadlines looming closer & closer. The picture is of a new class quilt, one intended particularly for a retreat next year but it will also be worked into my general teaching schedule wherever it fits. It is a quick positive/negative applique exercise, where the wallhanging will be well on the way to being completed on the day of the class. I just need to come up with a name for it - any suggestions??
I've also made good progress on another class sample, which I hope to get finished shortly. I do like it when my energy levels are such that I can jump from one job to the next, all the while turning over ideas for the next thing. Wish it was like this all the time!!

Whatever you wind up calling it, it's really beautiful. I love the colors in it. The greens seem very spring-like.
